TIM KIMMEL is one of the most popular authors and speakers on parenting and family issues in America today. His books include Little House on the Freeway, Home-grown Heroes, Powerful Personalities, Basic Training for a Few Good Men, and Raising Kids Who Turn Out Right. As founder and president of Generation Ministries, Dr. Kimmel speaks on parenting and family relationships in national conferences and seminars in major cities throughout the year, including Promise Keepers. His daily radio program, "Tim Kimmel Live" offers a common sense approach to current issues facing today's family. He is a graduate of Bryan College, Dallas Theological Seminary, and holds a doctor's degree from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. Tim and his wife, Darcy, have four children. They live in Scottsdale, Arizona.
